Crossbow reloading

Description
Prevents automatic reloading after each crossbow shot and allows you to reload whenever you want. You can change reload button in the MCM.
If you set reload button to attack button you will need to select "Hide no bolts message" option in MCM to remove this message.
You will need to reequip currently equipped bolts after installing the mod to start using it.
SKSE[skse.silverlock.org] and SkyUI[www.nexusmods.com] are required.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything. Doesn't change any object in the game. Can work with crossbows from mods.
How it works
The script unequips currently equipped bolts and reequips it after pressing reloading key

Inspired by Manual Crossbow Reload[www.nexusmods.com]

thank you for the quick response, I only recently found out about Skyrim mods. I have spent the past week mostly surfing through hundreds of mods on Steam, and trying out 85 mods currently. For the moment i intend to stick with mods i can get off the steam workshop.

Because IRL crossbows weren't used to dungeon crawling, they were used for shooting from a wall where you are safe and can take a minute to reload it.
There is SKSE on steam and SkyUI is also in workshop.

this sounds really cool, it would be great if i could use it without nexus mods. I think it would also be cool if someone made a mod that extends crossbow reload time to 15-20 seconds. This would be realistic, my only problem with vanilla crossbows is the unrealistic fast reload time. Crossbows took close to a minute to reload in real life. The only exception would be the semi-automatic crossbows of Poland and China, but these were less powerful, and meant for cavalry. Those crossbows didn't exist until the later medieval time periods, the time of full plate knights and early hand cannons (Arquebus).

This is a really good mod when it works, however it pretty commonly (once every 2 or three fights) gets into a loop of reloading the crossbow, then the bolts unequip, and you have to reload again, without having the ability to shoot. This will continue for the duration of the fight even if you unequip and re-equip both the crossbow or the bolts.
Im guessing that the mod thinks the crossbow is being shot when reloading so at the end of the reload sequence it unequips the bolts in the same manner as if you shot it.
Extra info: I use a controller and the keybind is the same button for shooting the crossbow.
