Torpedo Parts (Balanced in Vanilla)

All parts balance according to vanilla parts cost, warhead damage, thruster force and power consumption with a few exceptions.

If you launch a missile horizontally on an 1g planet, make sure to have one atmo payload thruster pointing downward to counter the gravity.

• The large and small explosive penetrator are equal in parts cost and damage to vanilla large and small warheads.
  
  
• The payload warheads have half the part cost and damage of vanilla warheads.
  
  
• Atmo torpedo thrusters now have different flame colour compare to normal torpedo thrusters.
  
  
• Normal torpedo thrusters no longer works in atmosphere, they only have 20% of the thrust in atmosphere, like vanilla ion thrusters.
  
  
• Large and small grid atmo torpedo thrusters have same cost, thrust and power consumption as vanilla small atmo thrusters. Atmo payload thrusters all have 1/4 cost, thrust and power consumption but have a 3 times multiplier in dampening power.
  
  
• Large grid normal torpedo thruster is equal to vanilla large grid small ion thruster. Large grid normal payload thrusters have 1/4 cost, thrust and power consumption but have a 3 times multiplier in dampening power.
  
  
• Small grid normal torpedo thruster have 3 times the cost, thrust and power consumption of vanilla small gird small ion thrusters, but it has almost no dampening power, to disencourage using on ships. Small grid normal payload thrusters are equal to vanilla small grid small ion thruster.
  
  
• Large/Small gird power cell has the power output for one normal/atmo main thruster and one normal/atmo payload thruster plus the guidance system blocks (remote, gyro, etc), enough stored power to sustain 60 seconds, more than enough time to get to the target. One payload battery can support 2 normal/atmo payload thruster plus guidance system for 60 seconds. All battery blocks cost less than vanilla.

All I did was change the numbers according to the calculations. I know nothing about coding. So don't expect me to fix the mod if some update broke the code, you will have to find someone else who knows about coding to do it. That being said, the mod I modified from have been working fine for a while now.
