Hut of the Foggy Hermit

I've heard fables about a man, who lived in his small house on the edge of a huge cliff. He had mines under his kitchen with endless amount of rubies and topaz! The hermit was sending those wealth to the High Spruce town and asked for food and wood in return. Both sides were happy with it.
This lasted for two years, but then town haven't got any rubies for two weeks in a row. Local ruler sent a few people to clarify the situation.
When they arrived to the bridge in front of Foggy Hermit's hut, they saw some strange buildings on the road. They were tired and decided to go to sleep.
After a few hours of dreaming they were awakened by the sound of falling stones. They checked the road and found out that the way back was blocked, also their cart fell through the roadway! From that moment on, their potatoes and pitchforks were ready to explore this cursed place a little more...

P.S this map is some sort of an experiment for me. I tried to break my established rules and make something that feels fresh. The Fog, linear structure, unusual lights, sizes are here because of it. As you can understand, I have no idea how good it plays with those new ideas. Still, I hope you'll like it.
