Take up arms as a Dutch Patriot, abandon the decadent, crumbling Holy Roman Empire and join God's true servants - the French!

This small mod allows an enterprising republican to convert the Kingdom of Frisia into the Bataafse Republiek, under the de jure lands of the Empire of France. Any independent Nederlander, Frisian or Frenchman who holds the lands of Frisia - but not the kingdom-tier title, itself - can declare their support for France and republicanism.

It doesn't really do much more than add a new title and fancy localization, at this point, but I'll probably get around to adding more, eventually.

Also, Dutch-speakers, please forgive any bizarre words or grammar - my Afrikaans is close, but just different enough to make writing Modern Dutch a tad difficult.
