Description
The perfection of anti-grav tech in combination with linear motor propultion has allowed for the development of a new generation of electric locomotive.
The VL250 is quiet, efficient and powerful with four induction drives to haul trains quickly over conventional steel rails.

This is the second vehicle in my collection of USSR 2050 futuristic vehicles. It compliments my futuristic late-stage buildings to give your republic a bright future.

General information:
- Max speed: 275km/h (limited to 120 km/h by the vanilla railways)
- Engine power: 12,100 KW
- Empty weight: 185 tons

There are a number of skins to let you designate your locomotives to different industried and express passenger services.

This is the first time I've added custom sounds so please let me know if you run into any issues!

It works perfectly. Too bad there's currently no track to allow it to reach its maximum speed. :steamthumbsup:

Таки да, красиво, но токоприемники "рогами" на электротранспорте сделаны не просто так. Низковольтная сеть не рентабельна, т.к кабеля должны быть метровыми и более в сечении, а при вольтаже больше 1кВ уже будет пробивать на корпус. и корпус из диэлектрика не спасет, дождик банальный и все, кырдык паравозику. пысы сейчас используют от 3кВ и больше.

@[BIA] aHamSandwich Unfortunately this is all locked into the game including the top speed the infrastructure can handle. Us in the modding community are hoping for custom infrastructure in the future but we don't know if that would be a thing.

Would it possible to create high speed non-vanilla rails for this to run on or is this limited by current game mechanics?
