Aspen Tree Cottage

Description
Small Cottage (Player Home) found on the outskirts of Riften near to Merryfair Farm, the keys to access the Cottage can be found on a table outside the Cottage.

Found inside the Cottage is a Merchant (Misc Items) available to buy and sell goods at all hours, Non-respawnable chests and access to Beds, an Alchemy lab, a Cooking Pot and a Tanning Rack.

@Moon V Thank you for including my mod in your weekly review, and @Big D the mod just requires the base game, no DLC is needed.

@Big D This mod only requires Skyrim.esm and Update.esm as far as I know.
