Heavy Frigate Bios :

Despite the success of the Light Frigate redesign, it was obvious that a larger ship would be needed nonetheless. This ship is the successor of the original Heavy Frigate also considered obsolete, a curious combination of parts and modules from other manufacturers stick together, including propulsion systems as well as energy systems, acquired through purchase or salvage operations. This ship has the double amount of the Hull and Shield capability of the assault Frigate, making it a deadly foe in the Naonite region, and from the report in the Trinium region, that ship is also performing very well even without making its transition to the Trinium retrofitting just yet. This Frigate is extremely heavy for its class and is able to accumulate 10 Subsystem slots. Despite having it’s torpedoes capability removed, this ship is able to transport a limited amount of cargo, allowing it to perform quests on its own. Like the Assault Frigate, Two Docking bays are also located under its belly, allowing the Heavy Frigate to grab containers or even smaller ships.

This ship is able to perform missions alone in the Trinium region, but an armed escort is always welcome.

Some framework is still present in this model allowing the user to add additional utility modules. A framework model is also available for users requiring more modularity from this design.
