Louis - Reanims Compatible

Description
Separates Louis' embedded animations into another mdl and makes model targetted to external anim loader if such exists. Allows replacing some sequences which weren't possible to be replaced and makes the model fully compatible with reanims.

Also includes ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pre-TLS update rifle anims.

It basically has embedded sequences moved to separate anim file. The model has some declaresequence lines with includemodel lines to do trick.

Is there a version that is just the replacement model and doesn't include any animations like the pre tls rifle animations?

I noticed that the rifle fidget animations (rubbing nose, wiping hand on pants, etc.) cause Louis's hand to return to a position similar to Bill's (like he's holding the rifle at head-level instead of chest-level) before it slowly returns to its proper position. His feet are also strangely twisted upward off the ground, and his wrist with the watch experiences some contorting (though that issue might be a vanilla problem).
Francis also experiences the rifle fidget animation in your "Francis - Reanims Compatible" mod, along with his feet very slightly twisting into the ground. Are these issues something that can be fixed, or are they inherent issues with the way their animations work?
I can record a video to showcase the issues in motion, if necessary.
Other than these issues, these two mods are really nice! Thanks for the work.
