Vinesauce Halloween Special - (Part 3)

Description
A short and sweet Halloween adventure picking up where last year's Vinesauce Halloween Special Part 2 left off. Made as a corny celebration of the spookiest time of year aiming to capture the Halloween spirit.

**If you do NOT grab the above files you will see black screens and no video playback at various points in the map! Unfortunately this is the only way I can reliably play back video without random delays and desyncing, apologies!

Really fun, this really captured the feeling of early 2000s halloween, I love it!... Dont ask why I decided to play this on christmas :steamhappy:

I always tend to go back to this map on occasion, simply because it has one of the best VR haunted house experiences I've played. Very well crafted!! :crashthumbsup:

This map was SOOOO good! Pretty neat, once you do all the missions you can free roam and chill which this map reminds me so much of the Half Life 1 mod Swiss Cheese Halloween :B1::thumbs: I will always play this map around halloween time. I hope part 4 comes out :steammocking:

:steamthumbsdown: Didn't like it. The story shouldn't force the player in unintuitive ways, such as when I'm literally told to go to the ghost (whatever) truck. I checked out that truck after I talked to the kid in the combine costume. Then I checked the house. Then I was told to go check the ghost (whatever) truck. I ALREADY DID THAT!

The game should be that *MY* actions dictate the outcome. Here, in your mod, I'm just a puppet. And I don't know how or why that would be fun for anyone.

Additionally, the mod made me feel icky, not nauseous, disgusting; like I had rubbed dead babies on my skin or something. There's just something wrong with this mod, and I didn't appreciate it.

The aliens were interesting. Maybe it was the talking plant watching nothing on TV with sound. It was too David Lynch, but without any context, I was just lost in the black lodge. So I quit.

The only positive I have is that the yard was well decorated for halloween. That's it.

Wait a minute, is this the same Citizen_001 that used to play on the Eidolon Zealots Zombie Master server? Man I haven't seen you in over a decade. I remember you doing really great map work all the way back then. Back then I used to go by The End or Verg. It's been so long I'm just glad to see you are still putting out great maps and I hope you are doing well.
