be sure that if you are using ACE Medical that Revive is disabled in DRO mission settings (from the DRO mission menu) and if you are using ACE Advanced Stamina that stamina is enabled.
you can also set the options to default from the button on the information tab on the DRO mission menu.
i don't have any plans to modify or port DCO mostly due to lack of time to work on it. i also mostly want to resolve lingering issues with DRO before moving on to that if i eventually do.
i'll make a small fix so that if sunday revive and ACE Medical are both enabled that sunday revive will be forcibly disabled in favor of ACE Medical.
if you have ACE Medical enabled, you must have revive disabled. the sunday revive system is a replacement for ACE and uses a modification of the vanilla medical engine, and must not be enabled at the same time.
This is why if ACE Medical is enabled, the default Revive state is "disabled".
