@Von Stierlitz you certainly know your ranks... as I said, NCO patches are just ornamental and the mod only allows collar patches on right-side, which is unfortunately blinded here. But if you look closely, you'll find her golden leaf near her rifle :)

And where she has major insignia. And the colonel outranks the major, and the general is even taller. SgtMaj or Master Sergeant is a non-commissioned officer.
