Fall Out Boy's Molotov

It takes the fire-idle-loop and fire loop sound in the molotov folder and adds a small loop of the song "Light Em Up (My songs know what you did in the dark) by Fall Out Boy. Have fun!
*edit* That's it. I've had it with my tinkering of trying to fix this static issue. Nothing I do works and what I try to reinvent makes it slow or chopped, so I'm done. If you want to try to remake this mod, be my guest. Just credit me for the original idea, and then you can go to town.
