[DEPRICATED] Always Safe Drugs Category

Description

Creates a simple category for any drug or item that can be safely consumed without fear of addiction. By default, will only have Penox unless you have mods that add additional items.

Works in the Assign Food tab and Storage - does NOT make any changes to the Drug assign tab.

Useful if you, like the user that requested this, use a ton of mods!
