Description
Our dreams are nothing but masks... Once they break, they will reveal the true horror within.

The Shattered Dream design took inspiration from the Maykr's (Doom Eternal) who also have terrifying faces hidden behind armor.
The idea of a similar face breaking through one of these masks seemed like a perfect fit for the Dreams and Nightmares theme. The metallic and artificial looking mask being broken apart by the monster below means to represent an innocent dream turning into a horrific nightmare.
