Super Mario: Petey Piranha's Piranha Plants

Feed me, Seymour! Wait,wrong carnivorous plant. This is Petey Piranha, the strongest, most famous, and best kart racer of all the Piranha Plants. Naturally, the rest of the plants flock to his leadership. Now, the Piranha Plants may not expand as fast as civs with proper legs, but they make up for it by being an absolute pain to kill. So if you're looking to play tall for a game, hop in a pipe and get cozy, because the Piranha Plants are for you!

UA: Perilous Pipe Weed - Whenever a City builds a type of land unit for the first time, that unit is consumed, permanently increasing the strength of the City.

UU: Venus Fire Trap - Replaces the Catapult. Lower bonus against cities, but it does extra damage to units, has 3 range, and has no sight penalty, making them excellent defensive sniper units.

UB: Piranha Creeper - Replaces the Walls. Requires Calendar instead of Masonry. Provides a major extra bonus to city strength, but that bonus scales with a city's percentage health.

Since Petey isn't much of a talker, I replaced as much of his dialogue as possible with little narratives and some Mario Super Sluggers-inspired gibberish (though he still has some hardcoded normal english sentences). This makes him a little harder to read than your average leader. Consider that an extra bit of challenge.
