Simple Tracker Example

This is an updated version of the tracker example for TrackOS. Its small but boasts a suprising amount of functions.

The tracker has 1 small reactor, a battery, a warhead+sensor combination that will make it explode if an enemy doesnt leave the designated area within 10 seconds, a landing gear for attachment to enemy ships, a merge block for easy production and of course an antenna with programmable block running TrackOS V1.2
