Like Kyuui said, some of the values are quite a long way off. When working in the asset editor, some of the service values need to be at a different scale to the values you see in-game:
- for upkeep cost, multiply the value you want in-game by 6.25 (e.g. put 1250 in the asset editor to get ₡200/week in-game)
- for water consumption, divide the value you want by 16 (e.g. put 10 in the asset editor if you want 160 m3/week in-game)
- for electricity consumption, divide the value you want by 16 (e.g. put 20 in the asset editor if you want 320 kW in-game).
