Better Gravel Sifter

Description
So I took the gravel sifter that Quickai did, and made it a bit better.

Now it takes 5 gravel per craft, and accordingly gives 5x the default craft (with a 50% bonus, this is still a ton less than other boosted versions.) Here are the numerical amounts

Per 5 gravel:
0.0675 Iron Ore
0.0375 Nickel Ore
0.03 Silicon ore
0.0225 Ice
0.015 Cobalt Ore
0.0075 Magnesium Ore
0.00375 Silver Ore
0.00225 Gold Ore
0.0015 Platinum Ore
0.00075 Uranium Ore

nice.... except this one does not work. when i built it, it worked as a regular assembled, not as a gravel sifter.
