L4D1 Weapons and Misc Survivor Sounds Repaired

Finding good L4D1 weapon sound mods is hard. The most up-to-date one is a fix of EEEN's mod, and that one has hissing on the pistol reach. EEEN's mod has channel errrors causing most weapons to play their sounds in one ear. And the one without any of these issues doesn't even apply the sounds on other weapons!

NO MORE, SAYS I! This little sound mod aims to fix all that and a lil' more. This mod is forked off of EEEN's original mod with the channel fixes provided by Alvar Darkangel's mod (Has been deleted, although this mod supersedes it). As I've added new things in support for The Last Stand's changes, this has kinda evolved into its own thing. Though, if EEEN or Alvar have an issue with this upload, I'll happily take it down.

Here's what it does IN DETAIL for those who haven't heard of the predecessors:
- Restores L4D1's M1911 pistol sounds, including single and akimbo variants. (Reloading, deploying, extending hand, slide sounds.)
- Restores L4D1's Uzi SMG sounds. (Gunfire, reloading, deploying.)
- Applies L4D1's Uzi SMG sounds to the Silenced MAC-10 SMG. (Reloading, deploying.)
- Restores L4D1's Pump Shotgun sounds. (Gunfire, deploying.)
- Applies L4D1's Pump Shotgun sounds to the Chrome Shotgun (Deploying.)
- Restores L4D1's Autoshotgun sounds. (Gunfire, deploying.)
- Restores L4D1's M16 Rifle sounds (Gunfire, reloading, deploying, extending hand.)
- Applies L4D1's M16 Rifle sounds to the SCAR Battle Rifle/Desert Rifle (Reloading, deploying.)
- Applies L4D1's M16 Rifle sounds to the AK Assault Rifle. (Reloading, deploying.)
- Restores L4D1's Hunting Rifle sounds. (Gunfire, reloading, deploying.)
- Applies L4D1's Hunting Rifle sounds to the Military Sniper/Sniper Rifle. (Reloading, deploying.)
- Restores L4D1's Molotov sound. (Molotov explode.)
- Restores L4D1's Survivor sounds. (Landing from high jump, taking damage from high jump, shoving, picking up items.)
- Restores L4D1's [possibly unused?] HUD Off sound.

This mod is compatible with weapon remodels, retextures, and other similar types, but NOT with weapon resounds, either this mod will overwrite that mod or that mod will overwrite this one. If sounds aren't playing correctly, verify these sounds are not being overwriten before filing a bug report.
