SRTS Landing Zone for SOS2

Description
Adds a new hull for Save Our Ship 2 called Hangar Plating. This hull will create a breathable, roofless environment that keeps the room at a steady 21C (70F for us 'MERICANS) while powered. Why? Because SRTS Ships cannot take off in an area with a roof built over it and landing a ship in an area with a roof will destroy the roof which isn't great for a ship in space!

Each tile counts as a ground tile, similar to a normal ship hull but transmits power and uses power as well. If the plating loses power for whatever reason it will fail and the atmosphere in the room will become hostile to pawns not suited for the vacuum of space.

Hangar plating can be found in the drop-down menu with the normal SOS2 hull plating, in the ship category.

Hangar plating requires 5 steel, 5 plasteel, 2 components and 1 advanced component to build per tile. Each tile requires 10 watts of power. No need to build ugly ass conduit under/over the plating, it transmits power by itself like Ship Hulls.

You can now land SRTS Ships on site tiles. What does this mean? It means that you can now land SRTS Ships on your SOS2 ship in orbit. What's that? You want to send your SRTS Ship to that derelict that showed up? Great you can do that now too. Wanna go send your that stupid looking UFO to shoot up a trade ship while the big guns are blasting? Good luck but yes, that works as well.

TODO:
-Remove slowdown in areas with hangar plating

-Mock salvage ability being disabled when SRTS ship+Available crew are in area.

-Fix the tip in the righthand side that claims an area with Hangar Plating to be a vacuum...it's not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

-Double check that pawns in SRTS ships aren't suffering from decompression/hypoxia/hypothermia when the ship is in the vacuum of space. What the hell good is a shuttle for if you can't piss off from the ship when ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan?

For those looking for a viable method of making SRTS work Save our Ship 2 in 1.4 this mod seems to be a viable solution as it makes columns that let you open and close the roof including one for SoS2 roofs. Testing seems to work pretty well thusfar on dev mod.

Would I be correct in guessing that nearly all mods that have SOS2 as a requirement are still waiting for SOS2 to get an official update to RimWorld 1.4 before they ever consider updating their mod for RimWorld 1.4?

In 1.4 this mod is apparently breaking the ability for SRTS ships to launch with the "launch" button (after loaded). Its broken in the same way for both the official 1.4 and CE-Compat-1.4 forks of SRTS Expanded. Removing this mod allows you to launch your loaded ship again as normal.

SOS2 is actually mostly functional on 1.4, you just have to get the Experimental Branch from GitHub instead of through steam.
