makes the southern hive have 6 kings and most of the southern hive soldiers have skeleton smiths weapons (edgewalker for elite droneguards) and specialist or sometimes masterwork armour
makes cat-lon's exile filled with second empire soldiers
makes all UC nobles be a lot more guarded
makes leviathan coast have some elder leviathans
gives most reaver squads slaver AI
