Rim of Madness - Clan Malkavian

Description
Adds Malkavians to Rim of Madness - Vampires

Malkavians are the brood of Malkav and one of the great vampiric clans.
They are deranged vampires, afflicted with the insanity of their Antediluvian progenitor.

Their disciplines are Auspex, Dementation and Obfuscate.
But Dementation is still a work in progress

Changed the requirement on the steam page to that one so it's easier to find. For those in 1.4 the official version still works with this

@WJSabey There's an unofficial upload, it works with that, it's gonna work with the official version too when that updates

You need to know how to code in C# and xml. Feel free to check this mod's code
Here's a helpful article about setting up a solution if you don't know how to do that. That's for the C#.
