A improved version of my most popular L4D2 mod, Riot Coach

A new and improved armor, the texture has been completely re-made. He also has a holster now!
Maximized reskin compatibility
DXT1 Compressed Textures
Preserves Coach's facial animation
Preserves Coach's default shaders
No VGUI/UI changes, that means no lobby/hud portraits or incap icons
Custom arms (optional)
Better "vomited-on" texture
Minor texture optimization and model tweaks

- POWERGON: For fixing the wrist problem and incorrect mesh in the first version
- NERDY: For producing the GMOD animation short about Coach's armor, GMOD Renders and Thumbnails
