Modernist House

My creation of fictional modernist style house, I was inspired by 1920s and 30s minimalism, functionalism and streamline styles. I made the original model already in 2005, with BAT/Gmax for Simcity 4. To bring the model to Cities Skylines I had to re-model most of the mesh and remake textures.
Model has 512 x 512 px textures (d, i, s, n, c), 2802 polygons. It's 3x3 or 3x4 cells growable low density residential, level 5.
