Description
This asset is RICO only!

Hello Folks,

this week's asset is me tying up another loose end. I started modeling this supermarket nearly a year ago, forgot about it, and now restarted and finished it.
I really wanted to model this building, as I liked the usage of WBS70 prefab-panels and these so called "VT-folds" for the roof.

Naming scheme:

This supermarket has been planned and built in Leipzig, hence the first three letters "LPZ".
"WBS84" is a indication to the construction method used, prefab panels of the WBS70 variety, and 1984, the year the planning was finished.
"KH" is short for "Kaufhalle", a German word for supermarket.
"400" specifys the number of residents one supermarket of this type can cater. The number is multiplied by 10.
"No.1" is the color scheme for this building, red concrete, beige ring around the roof and colorable tiles.

In-game:

The building has a basement layer of 0.8 meters, to accomodate small terrain differences, aswell as the loading ramp/gate.
To make the main entrance easily accessable, ramps and stairs are in front of it.
The building can be found under its name "LPZ WBS84 KH400 No.1" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The supermarket has colormapped tiles around the back part of the roof. It's also RICO only, with 36 high commercial working spaces.
