You can switch the glazing of buildings - just place and click on building.
Original name - there are balconies
Not the original name - no balconies.
(for example, the number 1 at the end, it can be removed or added to switch the glazing)

Without this, it will not work correctly to assemble houses as in the screenshots.

The main texture is 2048x2048. The rest of the textures (Except for the lods) are the same for all my models, and therefore they are loaded only once via LSM

14 Floors: 17k tris. Lod 228 tris + 512x512
