Ever gotten a good pill such as a tears up and thought a simple thumbs up did not describe the sheer hype you felt?
No.
What you needed was to express that feeling in a more dramatic way fitting of what you feel inside.

This mod changes every character to have a more extreme reaction to getting a good pill or any time isaac would usually give a measley thumbs up.

Repentance only. Works with Tainted characters.

Warning: This mod may break with other mods edit the players.xml file and any players ghost sprites.

Sorry this mod is made in a terrible way, I just wanted to make it work first then improve it later.

Things to change/fix:
-Rework mod to use unique .anm2 file instead of hijacking existing one
-Figure out tainted Lilith's body disappearing (cheated to get around this)
-Tainted Judas can't use the alt sprite with hat
-Many costumes and items break the face
-Dead Tainted Laz sometimes uses alive head
