Description
It looks like a normal health station... until it's too late!!! The death station is a decoy trap placeable by traitors that will explode violently when used by an innocent. It can be placed inside a normal health station to hijack it and turn it into a death station.

So, the whole "place inside a normal health station" thing has not worked once. They always collide with each other.
