Staple Gun (Standing)

Description
A standing version, for slightly more convenient head staplin'.

Attributes are identical to the Scythe, but with the Fork's reversal rate.

I love this but it seems like it can't critical. Could you please, please set critical to finisher?
I want to use this as New Jack's finisher. It's easy to imagine how cool it's going to be to critical with this move.
