Turret & Fighter Price -10x v2

Description
Reduce the buy & sell price of all turrets and fighter by 10x
Reduced max fighter building speed from 60 min to ~40 min
Reduced fighter build cost as well

It’s safe to install or uninstall mid game.

Bugs:
-The production effort wrongly written

Now updated to 2.2.1. Sorry for the waiting..

Just found this conflicts with the Xavorion overhaul mods, making the turret factory impossible to use.

Could there be a version for only Fighter changes? I've never really had issues with the turret prices, but fighters...
