Masked Helmet protects from duststorms!

Description
A very simple little mod that adds 25% duststorm protection to the masked helmet.

So I've always liked the design of the masked helm, but I would never equip it as it simply doesn't provide any weather protection. Funnily enough, it is also primarily worn by many npcs in the desert region, where duststorm resistant gear is a necessity.

Many other helmet variants found there do provide dust protection... so perhaps this was an oversight?

To me it didn't really make sense that a piece of cloth on the top of your head or a simple hood with minimal face coverage provides more weather protection than a full-faced helm.

Thus, I figured that I'd go ahead and make the masked help slightly more viable in the desert regions.

Though the helmet covers the whole face, a fairly large space for the eyes remains open. This is my reasoning for only the 25% protection. The masked helm covers more of the face than some hoods that provide the same amount of protection so this doesn't seem too buffed to me.

Edit: Now includes the Visored helm as well. With a literal "visor" to protect the eyes, it made sense to me to also give this some duststorm protection. Not too much as there are still large, visible gaps in the visor and the bottom half remains open.
Also - I am open to suggestions on if these values need to be increased or decreased some, gonna make a discussion tab.

@Stormie
that's actually a good idea, I'll add it next time I pick back up Kenshi modding, haven't played the game in about half a year.

Thanks for the input.

Thanks for the mod, the 25% addition made a lot of sense considering the design of the helmet. Have you thought of adding it to Tin Hat as well?
