T. Lazarus' Reverse Card (Flip becomes Reverse Card)

Description
This mod changes the Flip item appearance to make it look like a Uno Reverse Card.

-"Flip" becomes a Red Reverse Card from "Uno"
-"Inverted Flip" becomes a Cyan Reverse Card from "Uno Flip"

Why is the cyan reverse card larger than the red one? That bothers me.

@baconmaxf it could theoretically work, but difficult to represent on such a small sprite size. The reverse Card is also more popular, so I went with that one.
