Pazaak

Description
Pazaak: A card game from the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

The goal of the game is simple: Get your total number as closs as possible to 20 without going over.

Ways to win:
There are multiple ways you can achieve victory; the first is to simply get to 20, and have your opponent either stand at a lower number; the second is to have your opponent go over 20 granting you an automatic win; the third is to fill up all nine squares without going over 20; and the fourth is to use the tiebreaker card when presented with a tie.

How to play the game:
There are two decks in Pazaak: The main deck comprised of green cards numbered 1-10, and the side deck which consists of 10 cards chosen by each player from the coloured cards (+, -, +/- and yellow cards). At the beginning of the game, each player selects four cards randomly from their side deck which they would keep until the game is over. To determine who goes first, players take one green card each from the main deck and the player with the higher number goes first. After this, the game commenses.
At the start of every turn, the player takes one green card and places it on the table. The player then has the option to play a card from their hand, or to end their turn. Only one card from the player's hand can be played per turn, and no more cards are ever drawn.
When ending his turn, the player can simply end it and continue playing the game, being forced to pick up a green card at the start of their next turn. Or, they can "stand". If the player does this, they keep their current total until the other player stands and they can play no more cards.

The Side Deck:
As stated before, the side decks consist of 10 cards for each player, chosen from the coloured cards which are Plus cards, Minus cards, Plus and Minus cards and Advanced cards.
The Plus (+) Cards are blue and add the printed value on to the player's total. These range from 1-6.
The Minus (-) cards are red and subtract from the player's total. These range from 1-6.
The Plus/Minus (±) cards are purple and can either add or subtract from the player's total depending on their choice. These range from 1-6.
The Advanced cards are yellow/gold, and have special properties. The ±1 card is a tiebreaker: When both players stand at the same number, the playing of this card will grant the player victory. The 2&4 cards change the value of all 2 and 4 cards to -2 and -4, and vice versa. The 3&6 card does the same thing, only with all 3's and 6's. The D card replicates the value of the green card played before it.
It is recommended that you conserve your hand, as you do not pick up additional cards until a player has won three games. If you do use up all of your hand before the game is over, you are relying on luck for victory.

If you are still confused as to how the game is played, I suggest watching a tutorial found here:

The tiebreaker is ±1T, just saying ±1 is the tiebreaker might make people think the hybrid ±1 is a tiebreaker. Also you missed ±1/2, which is + or - either 1 or 2.
