3D Rotation Damping Tool

Description
This tool allows you to add rotational damping to each axis separately on an entity, perfect for vehicles or props which you need to dampen only one or two axes.

Simply Left Click to Apply, Reload to Remove.

X/Y/Z Damping goes from 0 (none) to 10 (strongest). You can set it to over 10, but you may encounter strange effects!
