Could you add the Steamtech and missing skills? considering that there is already some skills from the dlcs?

the mind skills are sold by him, but yeah there is no reason to go to zigur now, really.

Could you make it so that the mindstar vendor in Zigur sells skills too? Seems weird to leave antimagic characters hanging like that.
