Allows the Alarm Clock item to be used by any character.
NOTE: still needs to be created by Wanda.

Permite que o item Alarm Clock possa ser usado por qualquer um personagem.
OBS: ainda precisa ser criado pela Wanda.

I tried to find the way it makes it, but there is no result, so I guess it can only be given by the player.
