(Stat Change) Eccentric Extras - Signature Gear

Changes some values from Aelanna's Eccentric Extras - Signature Gear mod so that each piece of apparel differs in some way to their parent items. Now you have more reason to craft these apparel variations :)

Requires Combat Extended

---

-throw frag grenades
-minor increase to accuracy
-minor increase in weight

-doesn't cover shoulders (can be worn with backpack)
-nanoweave cost lowered to 60 (previous was 100)
-less mass
-faster equip speed
-slightly faster move speed
-minor bonuses to melee hit and dodge chance
-doesn't help with reloading

-throw smoke grenades
-carry slightly more
-reload slightly faster
-minor increase in weight and bulk

-stat increases from Tactical Gear as well as Tech Gear
-increased weight
-more expensive to produce
-slower equip speed
-covers shoulders (cannot be worn with backpack)

Also included are some bonus textures for Thin body type on Gunners' Tactical Gear. Aelanna, if you're reading this, feel free to take those textures and include them in your mod, if you like them, to save a few hours drawing :)
