The problem was a mod called "project underground":

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT . It makes the whole world really really dark !

These are all compatible map mods u can use together. Since I´ve downloaded it I got the problem with your Tile pack :(
My guess is there is one map mod causing this problem or maybe another Tile Pack...
I will try it out now the way u told me to do. Maybe I will find a solution. Thanks for your help.
