Fragment of an Arbiter

Description
Fragment of an Arbiter adds a page with a single passive that allows Binah to switch to her upgraded form and cards at a certain Emotion Level (Default 3)

To gain it, first complete the reception of The Head, then send an invite using three Impuritas books.
Then beat up Finn and get your reward!
If it says "No guests available for invitation" it means you haven't beaten the required reception yet.
(For clarity, if you haven't beaten the game, this reception is not available. It'll just throw an error if you try to do it)

Attribute the passive to Binah and you're all set.

Message for BBE Users:
While BBE is normally incompatible with workshop, I've made a general compatibility patch between the two, which can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/libraryofruina/mods/177

(This isn't necessary anymore)

Has configuration support in an .ini file inside the saves folder, currently only shows up after the first time you use the passive.
Windows: %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Project Moon\LibraryOfRuina\Arbiter_Fragment.ini

ConfigName (DefaultValue): Description

FragmentEmoLevel (3): The emotion level that the passive activates.
FragmentBonusHP (15): The amount of extra max HP Binah gains when passive activates.
FragmentBonusStagger (15): The amount of extra max Stagger Binah gains when passive activates.
FragmentActivationHP (1): Whether Binah gains current health when passive activates.
FragmentActivationStagger (1): Whether Binah gains current stagger when passive activates.

Screenshots are slightly dated (and from the BaseMod version), the passive cost is currently 2 and the hover image looks different.

Known bugs:
"An Arbiter" passive shows up after the first turn on subsequent acts.
If something causes multiple copies of Binah (with all passives) to be on the field, unexpected behaviors will occur.

I considered implementing that as part of the config, but it wasn't really practical.

If you want to change the cost of the passive, you can just go to steamapps/workshop/content/1256670/2598592068/Data/PassiveList.xml and edit the Cost value.

Unfortunately this won't save across computers, and if I ever push an update the change might get reverted, but the mod doesn't update very often.
You could also set it to read only, which should stop it from getting updated, and I don't ever touch that file so it wouldn't get in the way of updates.

Could it be possible to gain the option to change the passive's cost?

I didn't think of that

Did you launch the game with mods enabled, and did you click the workshop checkbox when putting the books in the invitation?

Alright. When I try to invite the reception; I only invite Bayard

Alright, the BBE_Workshop patch is up, for those who it may concern.

...The following statement might not be true for much longer, I had a mini-mental breakdown and ended up making a compatibility patch for BBE and Workshop mods, which I'll be posting in the near future. (or maybe the maker of BBE will just implement it, who knows.)

If you have BBE installed the majority of workshop mods will NOT work. BBE is explicitly incompatible with the workshop.
