Back by unpopular demand, me!
Today I bring you a fish.

It's 8.25 metres long, has a range of under 10 kilometres (I think) and has no practical use.
This fish is fully electric and has a top speed of around ~17 M/s.
It can also go underwater with no need for ballast tanks, though if you want to stay underwater you'll have to keep moving.

If you discover any issues with this please point them out in the comments and I'll tell you whether they're intentional or went by unnoticed
