CPU T3, Turret/Weapon Limit & Weight/Volume Compliant.

Reforged Focused, Early Game Laser Miner SV. Bare bones build style. This miner is meant to be a support craft on long missions and is used to compliment smaller capital ships where having mining turrets is not feasible.
