American Commercial 1

This asset is the most plain, boring, generic building I could possibly make, it is made for US cities but could fit in pretty much any build. The white bricks and door of this building can be changed to any colour.
It is made so it will fit in with pretty much any city style but works best in US cities.

Is that a personal city of yours or is it a workshop asset, as I would love that map, as much as I can see of it, it looks pretty.
