Description
Increases the maximum number of Titans you can build from 20 to 2,000,000.
This does not affect how many you can build based on your naval capacity; only one Titan slot is added per 200 naval capacity as normal.

Compatibility: Will not be compatible with any mods that alter the properties of Titans.
Multiplayer: Requires all players to have installed.
Achievements: No.

Does not seem to work properly anymore. Just tested it. Limit went down from 20 to 1 for some reason.
