Grand Prix Auto Body

This asset was based off the building by the same name found in LA, but it was demolished half way through me making it.
It is made so it will fit in with pretty much any city style but works best in US cities.
If you think it is too bright or too dark you can change this with Repaint or a similar mod.

Its a Level 2 industrial Rico and takes up a 2x5 space, the Rico mod is optional however it will only function as a monument without it.

I have this building appears in RICO Industrial tab. But it is not the problem i just cistomize it to commerce low. Thank you for work!:steamthumbsup:

The only texture from a map theme that's visible here is the parking lot asphalt that's probably Albedo. Everything else looks to be done with dirt decals.
