I thought i would create another scuffed lord mod, enjoy.

Full disclosure if you're here from the video HIS VOICE ISN'T ACTUALLY HIGH PITCHED IN THIS MOD, that was sound editing. You can't edit in game audio, only apply existing audio to other entities.
