Realistic Steel Armory

Description
Second mod in a series I'm working on that gives more realistic smithing recipes for armour and weapons. This pack includes all Steel and Steel Plate armours. All relevant perks required.

New Inclusions:
Increased value - 3X gold value
Smelting of items - returns 2/3 Steel Ingot input

The increase in item strength is balanced against the resource requirements to forge them.
