Faster Turret Rotation

Description
Annoyed because your gunners can't hit anything with those slow turning turrets? Not anymore!

All newly spawned turrets will have a much faster rotation speed.

Updated for new version

its an older mod that i always found useful and just updated the versioning since it seemed abandoned
