Cool, and yes it emits electricity. That is what burns the human I think.

through my testing it also lowers temperature of the tank and emits some electricity

It slowly burns the human and that's all I know. It also makes these cool purple/blue fuse effects.

Also, to get these liquids into humans easily, get Skittle's Syringe Mod. This contraption was probably the first one saved before the new liquids were added as syringes in the mod.
