Who can use:
- By default it overrides French and its colonies, as well as Scarlet in Touhou Universalis.
- You can set who can use the sprites here：mod\maid_sprites\gfx\sprite_packs\zzz_maid_sprites
- it is available to custom nations, at the very bottom, marked in light blue
