Lower Manhattan is filled with interesting skyscrapers. This building is not an exception - although it might look like it at first glance with its early modernist style. The reason it's interesting (in my opinion) are two factors: 1. Its lobby is styled much more ornately than the rest of the building. It looks out of place, in kinda a cool way. 2. While most buildings in Lower Manhattan are like this, the angles of the corners of the building are very funky. One corner is roughly ~115 degrees and the other is roughly ~88 degrees. Very odd. Good luck finding a place for it in your city ;)
